Stay Sharp is a FREE community service of The Hope Center. Its purpose is to prevent young people from ever starting down the path of destructive addictions. This program provides a message of hope and freedom to those who are already bound by substance abuse
Stay Sharp has been created to impact students across the nation with a clear and urgent call to personal and peer drug abuse prevention. This message reaches out to steer the hearts and minds of this current generation toward a better path. Stay Sharp opens with a hard –hitting high-energy prevention message regarding abuse and its consequences. This visually dramatic presentation features students telling of their personal journeys toward destruction that includes a precise description of the ‘Facts, Lies and Costs’ of illicit drug use. This presentation is interactive with those whom are viewing the event. This presentation will provide a relevant and lasting connection to reality.
The passion and purpose of Stay Sharp is to connect with the hearts and minds of young people by providing them with a relevant and a compelling drug prevention program that will challenge them to say no to experimenting with and using drugs.
Stay Sharp is a DVD-based drug prevention presentation for middle school and high school youth. It's a hard hitting, high energy prevention message regarding abuse and its consequences. This is a visually dramatic presentation that features students telling of their personal journeys toward destruction that includes a precise description of the "Facts, Lies and Costs" of illicit drug use. Their stories and the images in the DVD combine to create a moving presentation. Break points between presentation segments allow students to share their personal stories and for the presenter to contribute their own comments and information.
